A design system shared by six products — tokens synced from Figma, components tested for accessibility on every commit.
Challenge
Six teams, six button components, zero agreement on what “primary” meant. Design debt was slowing every release.
Approach
Wrote a token pipeline from the Figma API to CSS variables, built headless components on Radix and added visual regression plus axe checks to CI.
Outcome
84 components, WCAG 2.2 AA across the board and a 40% drop in UI-related bug reports within two quarters.
